Exchanges or returns
Yes! We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Are your collections limited?
El Tropo releases are made in small runs rather than large quantities. This helps minimise waste and keep production thoughtful, which means once a piece sells out, it may not be restocked.
Packaging and Sustainability
We’re thoughtful with our packaging and avoid unnecessary extras like swing tags to reduce waste. Each order is carefully wrapped in custom tissue paper designed to be reused or gifted, and shipped using eco mailers wherever possible. As a growing brand, we’ll continue improving our processes - we simply don’t want to leave a heavier mark on the earth.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select countries. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.
How can I care for my t-shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Avoid tumble drying to keep your tee looking fresh.
